Rare find in temporary housing, Shadow Ridge is a fully furnished unit that allows an approved small pet. All rooms are upstairs - master with private on-suite bath, 2 guest suites and second full bath, fully equiped kitchen great room and 1/2 bath down stairs.

This home offers internet service only. There is a RoKu device you can stream subscription services on. Utilities paid upto $200/month as part of the rent. Any overages to be paid by tenant.

Amenities
Linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each occupied bed. The home will be stocked with basic consumable items such as Tissue Paper, Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Trash Bags, Dish Soap. Additional consumables are the responsibility of the guest.

Parking: This home allows up to 3 cars. There is no street level parking permitted. Cars must be in garage or driveway. No boats, trailers or rv's. Boat/Trailers may be parked at nearby lot/yard
PETS: Sand Ridge is a pet friendly home. Owners may or may not have had pets in the property. IF you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.
Smoking: This is NO SMOKING property. A minimum $350 fine will be applied to any reservation in violation of this rule.
NOTICE: This property is located in a non-resort community. As such city code and/or HOA bylaws (Home Owner Association) require a 30 day lease agreement. Due to this and property owner occupancies, our 'Calendar' may not reflect actual occupancy/availability.
NOTE: All occupancies subject to owner approval.
