Amenities

3 bed, 2 bath. Private and close to the pool! This beautiful three bedroom/two full bath condo makes you feel completely at home with its location, accommodations and style! This ground level unit has a cool, grassy semi-private back yard and a BBQ for your outdoor dining pleasure. The open kitchen offers granite counter tops and top-of-the-line appliances.

A refreshing Community pool and hot tub are available for your use from the hours of 10 am to 10 pm, with HOA requiring that a person of age 18 or older accompany minors. ONLY 6 persons per unit may use the pool facility at one time. No outside food, drinks etc. (especially bottles) are allowed in the pool area.

Dining Arrangements: The table has seating for six (6) as well as an additional three (3) stools at the bar. On the patio there is an additional table with four (4) chairs. In total, there is meal seating for 13 persons.

Parking: This home allows up to 3 cars. Cars must be in a legal parking stall. Trailers and RVs are not permitted. Although a garage is not available for this unit, there is ample open parking.

Stock: All homes provide linens and pillows for each bed. There is a minimum of two towels for each sleeping space. The cleaning fee also includes an initial supply of consumable items such as bath tissue, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap provided for your convenience. Refills are the resposibility of the tenant. 

Occupancy: This home sleeps 10 in beds. Max Occupancy: 10 persons. Additional bedding not provided. Master: King Bed - Sleeps 1-2 persons Guest Room 1: Queen Bed - Sleeps 1-2 persons Guest Room 2: 2 Bunks - Full on lower with a single on top - Sleeps 1-6 persons Total 10 bed spaces available.
