Zion National Park is located in Southern Utah, approximately 1 hour from St. George, and about 45 minutes from Hurricane. Zion National Park has plenty of hikes and places to get out and explore, but it also just has the option of driving through and taking in the vast beauty of this stunning park. The Virgin River which flows through Zion, creates Emerald Pools in which you can hike to, they have gorgeous waterfalls and even a hanging garden. One of the most famous hikes at Zion National Park is Angels Landing, it has views you have to see to believe.
Bryce Canyon (2 hours)

Bryce Canyon National Park is a striking reserve located in Southern Utah. It`s very well known for it`s crimson colored rocks, that are spire shaped rock formations. The best time to visit Bryce Canyon is at sundown, or sunup. See the sun glaring through and all the vast colors and shadows peaking.

Grand Canyon National Park is located in Arizona, about 2 and a half hours from St. George. The Grand Canyon is an immense canyon that has layers or red rocks, and thousands of years of geological history within it. Viewpoints for the canyon include; Mohave Point, Powell Point, Yavapai Point, Desert View, Bright Angel Point,Point Imperial, and more. The Grand Canyon is truly breath taking, and something well worth the time to go and see.

Great Basin National Park is located in Eastern Nevada, near the Utah border. Within the Great Basin Desert contains most of the South Snake mountain ranges. On the north side you`ll find the mountain hugging Wheeler Peak Scenic Drive, which leads to Wheeler Peak. Close by is one of multiple ancient bristle cone pine groves. There is also Lehman Caves that have very distinctive stalactites, and other striking formations.

Capitol Reef National Park is located in Utah`s south central desert. Capitol Reef surrounds a long wrinkle in the ground, also known as the Waterpocket Fold, which contains layers of striking golden sandstone, gorgeous canyons, and stunning rock formations. Other sights to see while venturing Capitol Reef are the Chimney Rock Pillar, the Hickman Bridge arch, and on the northern side, the Cathedral Valley.
