By default, check in is 5PM. IF the unit is ready we can get you in sooner. Please coordinate with your Guest Service Rep (GSR).

Can I check in earlier than 5 PM?
Probably. It depends if the unit is ready. If a guest checked out the same day then most likely the unit will not be available for an early arrival. IF the unit has been cleaned and it is ready for you then we can coordinate an earlier time. A small fee may apply.

Can I check out later than 11 AM?
Probably. It depends if the unit is scheduled for a quick turnaround. IF the unit is available for a late checkout we can coordinate it. 11am-1PM $25 fee may apply. 1PM-5PM the cost is 1/2 day rent. After 5 PM is a full day rate.

The unit is not advertised as pet friendly. Can I still bring a pet?
NO. Unless you provide documentation that your pet is a SERVICE ANIMAL. Emotional Support Animals are not allowed as part of our business operations.
