This rustic mountain home sits at the majestic gate of Zion National Park with all its stunning grandeur, offering unparalleled views that you'll never forget. This is a spacious mountain home with 3 Bedrooms, plus a family room off the Great Room and a bonus bunk-room downstairs where it's nice and cool. The large windows in the Great Room allow for plenty of light and sunshine as well as captivating views of the nearby red cliffs. The home is quiet and secluded - only 22 minutes to Zion NP or 10 Minutes to Hurricane. (Location, location, location!) This home provides easy access to nearby trails, Gooseberry Mesa, and Zion National Park, as well as to plenty of great food in Springdale.

Parking: This home allows up to 3 cars, which must all be in designated areas. There is no street level parking permitted. Trailers and RV's ARE Permitted.
Standards: All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each sleeping space. The cleaning fee also stocks the home with basic consumable items such as tissue paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, and dish soap.
Occupancy: This home sleeps 1-7 persons in beds. Maximum occupancy is 10 persons. Additional bedding not provided.
NOTICE: This property may be located in a non-resort community. As such, city code and/or HOA (Home Owner Association) bylaws may require a 30 day lease agreement. Due to this and property owner occupancies, our calendar may not reflect actual occupancy/availability.
Configuration: The Master suite offers a Queen bed that sleeps 1-2 persons. This suite has a private en-suite bath with separate shower.
Guest Suite 1, located on the main floor, has a Queen bed and sleeps 1-2 persons. The bath, though not private, is located next to the suite.
Guest Suite 2, Located on the main floor, Twin size bunk beds. Sleeps 1-2 persons
Pets: All properties are non-pet, non-smoking for guests - owners may or may not have had pets on the property. If you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.
Smoking: This is a strict NON SMOKING property. (This includes Vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.
Though the St George area has a small town feel, most venues are not in walking distance. A car is highly recommended.
Escape Properties is available for guests during your stay. We are a resource for local information as well as concerns at the property. We try not to get in your way while you enjoy St George.
