A short drive will get you to majestic Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Park, the Dunes, or your choice of renowned golf courses - all the fun the greater St George area has to offer.

This home is available for 30+ day rentals as well as nightly - call us for specifics.

Super clean, open floor plan, great room on main level, upstairs loft, private 2 car garage. It's near the community park with a splash pad, and boasts a community pool.

This home allows up to 3 cars. There is no street-level parking permitted. All cars must be in the garage, guest parking areas or driveway. No Boat/Trailer/RV parking permitted anywhere in the community.

Stock:

Fully stocked kitchen ware.

All homes have linens & pillows for each bed provided. There should be a minimum of (2) towels for each bed spot. The cleaning fee also stocks the home with basic consumable items such as tissue paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, and dish soap.

Cancellation Policy

Guest may cancel their reservation at any time without penalty 30 days prior to check in/arrival date less $50 processing fee. To cancel the Guest shall notify Escape via email to info@escape2stgeorge.com. You may call accounting at (435) 414-1515 x 2 with any questions but the cancellation must be received in writing to be valid.


The deposit for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check in/arrival date, but before entire balance has been paid, shall be non-refundable. Cancellations on a reservation where the entire balance has been paid are non-refundable.


Transactions made within 15 days of check in/arrival date may be cancelled without risk of loss to deposit or payment if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the reservation date (The day the reservation was created). All refunds subject to a $50 transaction fee.

Deposit Policy
A 'Performance Deposit' payment is required at the time of reservation in order to secure the unit. The amount of the deposit varies based on size of unit and length of stay. If you are making this reservation less than 30 days the system may require the entire balance, including the performance deposit, to be paid at this time. Please make sure you have read and acknowledge the cancellation policy before proceeding.

“The home was warm, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The views are beautiful- especially the sunrises from from the back patio. It is a newer property and so still smells and feels “new.” It is perfectly located - close to my favorite golf courses, the sand dunes of Sand Hollow and minutes from St. George. We’ll be looking to stay there again soon.”

We did have a very pleasant stay. The home was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We were very impressed with the willingness of the management to accommodate our modest budget. We would not hesitate to do business here again.
