The Acantilado ("The Cliff" in Spanish) home is ready to welcome your group for a memorable adventure. With its diving cliff and waterfall, private pool, and sports court, it offers great open spaces for everyone to play and relax in. The balcony at the back of the house has a BBQ for grilling, patio table and chairs, and stairs conveniently placed leading down to the yard.

Anasazi Trail is a easy hike. Fun for the whole family. ​There is a great flavor of Anasazi culture as you wind up the path that leads to some old Anasazi Farmstead foundation remains, and some incredibly well preserved petroglyphs. 

Owen’s Loop is a fantastic little single track hike that provides incredible views of St. George, Santa Clara, and Ivins. It is a well maintained single track trail that meanders along the cliff side of the Red Hill and loops around to give you a nice view of Red Hills Golf Course. Most people don’t even know this trail exists so you can enjoy it pretty much by yourself!

A great hike is to Elephant Arch. About a 2 hour hike. 3.8 miles. 

Map to Trailhead. From St George, head north on I-15 for about 9 miles and take exit 10 to Washington. Turn left onto Green Springs Drive and take an immediate right onto Buena Vista Blvd. Follow Buena Vista for about 1 mile and turn left onto the dirt road immediately after the fire station. Follow this dirt road for about 1.2 miles and it will meet up with another dirt road that is heading north-south. Turn left onto this dirt road and follow it for about 0.6 miles and your will come to the gate and trailhead.

And there is Golfing a plenty in St George.

Bloomington has a course available to guest.

Sun River Golf course is just 15 minutes south but worth the challenge.

Green Springs Golf is at course at  588 W Green Spring Height  N,

 Washington exit 10.

Casa Rio is one of the greater St George areas best kept secret vacation homes. This is a large home with multiple family gathering areas and a private pool and hot tub to relax in. Located near Sand Hollow State Park, you can enjoy the lake (Sand Hollow and Quail) for boating, a day at the beach or evenfishing. The Dunes are right here so bring your ATV's, bikes or side-by-sides and explore the dunes or the OHV trails of Warner Valley. (Visit the ruins of Ft. Pierce - an old military outpost used during the 'Blackhawk wars in the 1800's).

This property is 20 minutes to Zion, 15 to St George with grocery and restraunts within 5-10 mintues.

Near by golf at either Sand Hollow or Sky Mountain courses is always and option. At night it is amazing for star gazing too. In the summer months enjoy natures light show and enjoy counting the shooting starts as they streak and light up the dark night sky.

the owners have recently put all new furniture, dishes etc. into the home so it is super nice and always clean and ready for your family to enjoy and Escape to the St George area.

Red Sands Retreat is the 'Gateway House' to the Sand Hollow area and is one of the greater St George areas best kept secrets!

The welcoming feeling when you enter the court yard and pass through the massive iron doors of this 4 Bedroom 3 Bath home sets the tone for your vacation experience.

In the great room you immediatly take note of the custom built sofa - designed for this home specifically to enable great converstation (it sits 10-12 persons) This is the hub of the home and you can watch a movie or just have great conversation while watching the pool area outside the large bay windows.

The master suite with a King bed is sure to relax and rest you with its open space and clean lines. Mounted on the wall is a large flat screen TV. The on-sutie bath has a jetted soaking tub as well as a private shower with multiple heads and large walk-in closet. This room sleeps 1-2 persons.

The first guest suite offers a gueen bed with its own TV. This room is a quiet spot in the home and the window opens up to the front court yard. It has a 3/4 bath next to it. (Semi-private) This room sleeps 1-2 persons.


The second guest suite offers a comfortable queen bed and flat screen TV. This suite shares a bath with the bunk room guests. The bathroom is a full bath with a tub/sower combination.

The third guest suite is the Bunk room. This room has two sets up single bunk beds and sleeps 1-4 persons. This suite shares the bath with guest suite 2.

The great room has a pull out sofa bed that sleeps 1-2 persons . The balance of the sofa may also sleep 1-3 additional small bodies. (bedding not provided)

The back-yard pool retreat space is ideal for year round enjoyment. This in-ground covered pool and spa are built next to the covered patio offering a great environment to play and relax in and aroun the pool. There is a small shamoo-shel area for little ones as well as a deep end for the adults. This pool can be heated in the cooler months too - so there is no bad time of year to enjoy. The owners have equiped the BBQ area with a grill and lounge chairs to enjoy the pool side area.

One of our favorite features of the home is the 360 degree vistas from the observation deck - where one can sit and enjoy a sunset and star gazing with friends. A quick trip up a spiral staircase opens up to a deck overlooking the pool below. The owners have added a custom table and rocker chairs - very comfortable and a great place to build friendships.

(NOTE: There is No Diving Permited from the deck to the pool)

The home is located next to the Lake - you can't get any closer to the lake unless you're camping at the lake. Yes - bring the side-by-sides, the wave runners and ATV's and enjoy the sand dunes, the lake and refresh in your own private pool at the end of the day!

The Pondarosa is located in Leeds Utah! Literally just minutes from our beautiful Zion National Park! Perfect for any family vacation whether it be adventure, a private getaway, or to bask in the Southren Utah sun!

This propery has three buildings surrounding the pool.

The Main House:

Master suite with a king bed, private on-suite bath. Sleeps 1-2 persons. Private exit to a veranda overlooking the valley and the peaks in Zion NP (Kolob Entrance)

Guest Room 1 - Queen bed, shared bath right off the kitchen. Sleeps 1-2 persons

Guest Room 2 (The Den), Access to the shared bath. Near the kitchen. Sleeps 1-2 persons on a hide-a-bed. Door opens to the pool/hot tub.

Bunk House!

Sports and Games - In addtion to a fun play pool and large hot tub, this home includes a fully lit basketball court that doubles as a pickle ball and tennis court.
