Escape Properties works with and through our referral partners (Partnership Services).  We are unique in the resources, guarantees and analysis data we share with area real estate agents, teams, mortgage lenders and title companies.  Our goal is to be the number one resource for real estate professionals, their clients and our owners for property management services.

We will do this by providing our Partnership Services to our core partners in the Mortgage, Real Estate and Title services firms throughout Washington County.

Rent Range Opinion – This is a phone call to us.  (435) 414-1525, and talk to Kendall or Jefferson.  We will ask a few general questions, then let you and your clients know a range we think a home will rent in.  The next step, if they’re thinking of putting in an offer, is to request the ROI Analysis.

ROI Analysis – This is our number one requested report/service.  This is a custom report to specifically analyze a property.  (SEE FORM BELOW)

Our Agent Referral Guarantee – We guarantee, to any agent, that when you bring us a property to lease that when that property owner is ready to sell or buy additional properties – we bring them back to you commission free.  Some exceptions do exist.  Ask us for details.
