This will get you a room with two queen beds, one bathroom, a mini-fridge and a microwave. We strive to deliver comparable costs in relation to the experience. We offer private homes with full kitchens, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of other potential amenities. Once you've stayed with us - it will be hard to go back!
Owners - Simplicity
The Escape Property System is simple and turn-key. We take care of marketing, reservations, preparation, guest-services, departures, cleans, maintenance and reporting. We cover all the little things too like soaps, shampoos, smoke detector batteries, propane, TP and paper towels, curb-to-curb trash and on and on.
Owners - It works
Renting your home when you're not using it produces a revenue to help cover the fixed costs like property taxes, yard and/or pool care, routine maintenance, insurance, utilities, association fees etc. that you already have regardless. Depending on your use, sleep capacity, access to amenities etc. you might even be able to have your vacation home pay you to stay there.
Owners - Communication
Each owner has a personal login to see when and who is coming to the property. You can block out dates you want to use the home and there are no restrictions and the number of nights or how often you use the home. Enjoy easy to read monthly reports and simple direct deposit.
